SkinMatch requires no account or sign-up. Skin information you enter and cosmetic product photos are stored only on your device by default, and are temporarily transmitted to an external AI service for analysis. We do not operate user accounts or a server-side database.
(1) Skin type and concerns you enter directly. (2) Photos you take or select from your gallery for cosmetic analysis. (3) Analysis results (product name, ingredients, recommended timing, etc.). (4) Advertising identifier — only non-personalized ads are requested, so it is not used for ad targeting.
Items (1)–(3) above are not stored on our servers. Cosmetic photos and skin/product data are stored only in the device's cache directory and are excluded from both iOS iCloud device backups and Android automatic backups. Because this is a cache location, the OS may delete data to free up storage, and uninstalling the app will permanently delete all data stored on the device.
For ingredient analysis, photos are sent to OpenAI's vision analysis API. Transmitted photos are used only to generate the analysis response and are not stored separately on our systems. Please refer to the OpenAI website for their data processing policy.
We request access to the camera and photo library to take or import cosmetic photos. Permissions can be revoked at any time in device settings; only the analysis feature will be restricted — all other features remain available.
The app displays Google AdMob banner ads on some screens. We always request non-personalized ads only (requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly = true), so interest-based targeted ads are not shown. The advertising identifier may be used by Google solely for ad fraud prevention purposes.
SkinMatch is not directed at children under 14. If we become aware that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
You can delete your registered skin information and product data from within the app at any time. For other inquiries, please contact us at the email below.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be updated. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the app.

위 (1)~(3)번 정보는 저희 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 화장품 사진과 피부·제품 데이터는 모두 기기의 캐시 디렉터리에만 저장되며, iOS의 iCloud 기기 백업과 Android의 자동 백업에 모두 포함되지 않습니다. 캐시 영역이므로 OS가 저장 공간 확보를 위해 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
성분 분석을 위해 사진은 OpenAI의 비전 분석 API로 전송됩니다. 전송된 사진은 분석 응답을 위해서만 사용되며, 저희 시스템에 별도 저장되지 않습니다. OpenAI의 데이터 처리 정책은 OpenAI 공식 사이트를 참조해 주세요.
화장품 사진을 찍거나 갤러리에서 불러오기 위해 카메라와 사진 라이브러리 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 권한은 언제든 기기 설정에서 해제할 수 있으며, 해제 시 분석 기능만 제한되고 다른 기능은 그대로 사용 가능합니다.
앱은 Google AdMob의 배너 광고를 일부 화면에 표시합니다. 저희는 항상 비개인화 광고(requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly = true)를 요청하므로, 사용자의 관심사에 기반한 맞춤형 광고는 표시되지 않습니다. 광고 식별자는 광고 사기 방지 목적으로만 Google에 의해 사용될 수 있습니다.
만 14세 미만 어린이를 직접 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 어린이의 정보를 알게 된 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.

정책이 변경되면 본 페이지의 '최종 업데이트' 날짜가 갱신됩니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 내 안내를 통해 알려드립니다.
